About us

Founded in 2014, we’re the longest-standing FIRST standing club competing in the FIRST® program in New Zealand.

Since 2015, we’ve been a fierce ambassador for New Zealand at international robotics events, leaving our mark in both FTC and FLL. With five National titles under our belt and five World Championship appearances, we’re not just participating—we’re dominating the scene.

Our 2025 Worlds team is a powerhouse of fresh talent and determination. Comprising 9 students from 5 top Auckland high schools, our squad spans ages 14-18 and is driven by passion and innovation. While many of our members are in their first season, including 3 bold rookies, they bring a fearless, forward-thinking attitude that sets us apart.

We don’t just build robots—we build future leaders who are ready to take on the world, one challenge at a time.

Goals

To inspire and equip young innovators with the skills and confidence to excel in robotics, while fostering teamwork, creativity, and a passion for problem-solving through hands-on challenges in FTC and FLL competitions.

Vision

To lead the growth of robotics in New Zealand, empowering students to become future leaders in technology and engineering, and making a lasting impact on our community and the global stage.
